Subcontractor Insurance Requirements
ATTENTION CONTRACTORS
All contractors working at Bowleys Marina must carry general liability policy with a minimum $2,000,000 aggregate limit and $1,000,000 occurrence limit. A marina operator’s legal liability policy is also required with a minimum of $1,000,000 with a P&I limit of minimum $500,000 if sea trials are performed.
Workers compensation insurance is also required for contractors with employees.
Please check with the office to ensure your policy is on file.
If a contractor is found to be on the premises without proper insurance, the contractor will loose the privilege of working at this facility.
