Haul-out Procedures
Haul Out Policies
Haul Out fees shall be paid at least 7 days prior to haul out.

Any request for “additional attention that exceeds beyond normal time allowance” such as Pump-out requests or additional bottom cleaning, i.e. barnacle scraping, etc., will incur an additional charge. For example, if vessel is being towed by marinas towboat and vessel owner requests vessel be pumped out prior to being hauled, there will be a 1 hr. charge for labor. ($45.00).

An individual with a single membership will be entitled to land storage for that boat.

When all vessels which are assigned a slip are hauled additional vessels may be hauled and stored if space permits. These vessels will be taken on a first come first served basis. Currently, there is a waiting list. Please visit the Marina Office if you would like to be placed on this list.
Land Storage for vessels who are not berthed at Bowleys is $29 p/ foot for winter storage.

Prior to haul out, all sailing vessels shall remove sails from roller furlers on forestays. This includes: genoa, jib, spinnaker and gennaker sails. If mainsails are left stowed on boom, they MUST be secured to Hurricane Preparedness Standards. Management will have full authority in determining if the vessel is secured satisfactorily. If not in compliance, vessel will not be hauled.
