Storm Haul-Out Request Form

Use this form only if you are requesting a haul-out for a named storm.

When a named storm is approaching, this will be the only form accepted by the office.

Storm Haul-Outs will stop when winds become 20 kts. sustained or 24 hrs. prior to storms arrival.

There will be no winter storage haul-outs or maintenance haul-outs performed once a named storm is approaching.

All sails must be removed from roller furler prior to haul-out.

All sails and canvas must be lashed down or removed.

Vessels will not be pressure washed.

Vessels will be hauled and blocked in the backlot. You will be notified when your vessel has been hauled and blocked.

Following the storm, vessels will be launched in the reverse order which they were hauled. You will be notified when your vessel has been launched and is secured in your slip.

If you choose not to re-launch, you must notify the office prior to the vessel being hauled and additional fees will be charged for re-blocking after the storm

There is no guarantee your vessel will be hauled if this form is submitted. Management will make every effort to haul your vessel; however, Haul-out operations may be suspended at anytime by Management for weather, safety, equipment problems, etc. By signing below, you acknowledge you have read and understand the above requirements.
